Accordingly, we guarantee to you, our customer, that:

1. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours of receiving it.
2. EcoMix seed is certified for purity of species, absence of weeds and for high germination response.
3. The application will contain the optimum quantity and balance of seed and fertiliser to provide even germination, establishment and coverage.
4. If there is an adhesion failure due to decisions or application issues within our control, we guarantee to reapply free of charge.
5. With failures even beyond our control, such as an immediate cloudburst or wash-off, we will touch-up without charge as part of our normal service.
